Terms & Conditions – INNOVATECH IT Information LLC

1. Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale

All services and products provided by INNOVATECH IT Information LLC are subject to these Terms & Conditions. By engaging with our services, clients agree to comply with these terms.

2. Payment Terms

  • All invoices issued by INNOVATECH IT Information LLC are payable within 21 working days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • In the case of late payment, a fixed interest charge of 10% on the outstanding amount may be applied.
  • The company reserves the right to suspend service delivery without prior notice in the event of non-payment.

3. Overdue Accounts and Legal Action

  • If payment remains overdue for more than sixty (60) days beyond the due date, INNOVATECH IT Information LLC reserves the right to refer the matter to a debt recovery agency.
  • Any legal or recovery costs incurred shall be fully borne by the client.

4. Withholding Tax Obligations

  • Clients located in jurisdictions with withholding tax regulations are solely responsible for remitting such taxes directly to the appropriate local authorities.
  • The full invoiced amount remains payable to INNOVATECH IT Information LLC, exclusive of any withholding or local taxes.

5. Service Delivery and Liability

  • While INNOVATECH IT Information LLC is committed to delivering services professionally and timely, no express or implied performance guarantees are provided.
  • The company shall not be held liable for any damages or claims made by third parties, including end users or consumers.

6. Claims and Complaints

  • Any claims or disputes related to delivered products or services must be submitted in writing via registered letter within eight (8) calendar days from the date of delivery or service completion.

7. Site Visits

  • Projects include up to six (6) on-site visits as part of the agreed scope.
  • Any additional visit beyond the sixth will be subject to a service fee ranging from AED 750 to AED 1,000, depending on project size and travel distance.

8. Governing Law

  • All agreements and transactions with INNOVATECH IT Information LLC are governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
  • Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
